Sealed proposals from Invited Bidders will be received in duplicate for the referenced work by the Fifth Third Bank, in the manner and on the date hereinafter specified for the furnishing of all labor, materials, supplies, tools, appliances, equipment, services, etc., necessary for the construction of the project titled:  The Fifth Third Bank Branch at WASHINGTON ROAD, CANONSBURG, PENNSYLVANIA as set forth in the Contract Documents as prepared by  GERALD G. WEBER, ARCHITECT and under the terms and conditions of this Invitation. 

The project consists of the new construction of approximately 4,116 square feet and multi-lane drive-thru and all associated/related site work at   2620 WASHINGTON ROAD, CANONSBURG, PENNSYLVANIA, for the Fifth Third Bank as shown on the contract documents prepared by Architect:  Gerald G. Weber, Architect, Mechanical/Electrical Engineer: Denk Associates, Civil Engineer: Partridge Venture Engineering. 
The physical construction of the facility shall consist of wood framing and wood trusses with exterior walls of wood stud construction with thermal batt insulation.  Veneer finish of face brick. Roofing consists of sheathing, felts and dimensional shingles.  Foundation consists of reinforced concrete footings and concrete slab on grade.  Exterior windows are aluminum insulating units and aluminum storefronts; exterior doors are storefront units.  Interior finishes include ceramics, vinyl, carpet, acoustical ceilings and paint/staining.  Equipment includes casework, and toilet accessories. Alternates will be included for the Owner’s consideration as described in the Contract Documents. 

Contractors will be selected by invitation only for this project.  Invited Contractors and their Subcontractors shall purchase as many sets of Contract Documents as they deem necessary to bid the project, from Tristate Reprographics, 907 Penn Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15222, 412-281-3538
